Liability Agreement

By booking and attending an appointment you agree that you understand that any type of hair removal service, no matter how well done, can have some mild inherent side effects such as redness, swelling, tenderness, histamine response, occasional ingrown hairs, etc.  If applicable you also understand that any chemical hair process such as tints, developer and lamination solution can sometimes cause mild irritation or allergic response. 

You give permission to your esthetician, Jenna Ellefson, to perform sugaring and/or esthetic procedures (including tint developing and lamination processing if applicable) and will hold her harmless from any liability that may result from services rendered though it is understood that she will take every precaution to minimize or eliminate negative reactions and provide the best experience she can. 

You understand that to have the best results it is important to follow some minimum pre and post care procedures.  

Cancelations:

At this time I do not charge a last minute cancelation fee for my clients.  However, if you cannot make your appointment please cancel as soon as possible so that your vacancy can potentially be filled by another client.  At least a 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated.  

Lateness:

If you are running late please text me if you can to let me know.  Appointments are booked back to back and some appointment times are only 15 mins long.  If you find yourself running more than fifteen minutes (five mins for brow, underarm and lip appointments) behind your scheduled time please be aware that you may end up having to be rescheduled. I do understand sometimes stuff happens and I will always  do my best to still fit you in if I possibly can.   

Refunds:

If for any reason you have concerns post service please reach out to me and I will do my absolute best to make it right, however no refunds will be given if you have not reached out after two weeks have passed from the date of service.
